 As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years experience as a Therapist.  I have been able to help many clients who have experienced similar things.  Together we can find solutions to the problems you are facing and move in the direction you want to go.

What I Do

 

I specialize in treating addictions which can cause pain for individuals, couples and families. Addictions can affect lives on many levels and finding ways to overcome them is extremely important. Sometimes it is helpful to have another who is an objective observer who can help facilitate this healing.  I offer a voice to help guide you through this process.

 

I use several theoretical approaches and Therapeutic techniques. Cognitive-Behavioral therapy can help identify problems and build skills needed for quick symptom relief. I will work within the Family System to help rewrite the roles and rules which have become problematic. I also use EMDR to help with deep traumatic experiences.”
